Guatemala was the first coffee we ever roasted and offered. During his travels to Guatemala, Matt found his passion for coffee and its impact on culture. Its flavor profile is dark chocolate and raspberries, with low acidity, and a medium body. 

In terms of brewing, the Guatemalan beans’ flavor comes out best when extracted with a Beehouse ceramic dripper.
